I want to complain that on the shore of the Dead Sea you have to pay for chairs and deckchairs, I think the price for accommodation is appropriate so that you can get all this without extra charge. Hope you make a decision, thanks for your vacation

I really enjoyed both the book and the outdoor pool, luxurious bunk beds and chairs, partly in the shade and partly in the sun. The food was delicious and varied and the staff was kind. We enjoyed it a lot. I especially enjoyed the Pilates with Sandra, it's a bit of a shame that the location was not clear to both us and the instructor. Finally we were given the lobby, but All the time there was noise from the bar staff, and it interfered with concentration and privacy.

All in all, we tried to enjoy ourselves despite the heat. On Sunday the food was not fresh I had the feeling that it was leftovers from Shabbat on the second day it was an improvement. And yes, the receptionist when I asked her for a higher floor did not make an effort to answer my request even though the hotel was not fully occupied. Too bad I was disappointed with the reception.

We have been vacationing at this hotel for several years. This year, in his opinion, there was a drop in quality. The level of food dropped. The synagogue is not clean. The carpet has not been vacuumed in my opinion for a long time. Not a tissue.

We had a great time at the hotel except for the cottage cheeses which were sour, the food is definitely delicious and varied. The staff in the dining room are excellent, kind, provide fast and good service, the rooms are clean and our flight attendant was very nice, the public spaces are also very pleasant, the staff at the reception are very kind and welcoming in all shifts. The food served at dinner is seasoned the same in all dishes and the seasoning is particularly strong. Because of the seasoning we couldn't eat a varied meal and we couldn't eat the meats that were served because of the aggressive seasoning. The meal was not varied. The carbohydrate substitutes had a low nutritional value or a high glycemic value, both phenomena are against the principle of healthy food especially for older people. The breakfast is very basic and the salads are not varied at all. The pea soup is very tasty. The selection of cheeses was modest but varied. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The couch is excellent. A good breakfast can be improved by adding smoked salmon and chard. The salted fish is not healthy, very salty and dangerous for the body. There are not always towels on the couch. I highly recommend the hotel and will come again.
